Wholeness Within: continuing the conversation on the Sacred Dance of Feminine and Masculine

An Invitation to Wholeness

Join Us for Ongoing Wholeness Within Conversations

Our October 18 workshop opened a doorway into deeper community and practice. We’re continuing with a 3-month journey—rooted in the emerging spirituality, the Enneagram, and the sacred feminine and masculine—through a series of 4 Zoom sessions and a final in-person retreat.

You’re welcome whether or not you attended the initial workshop. Join for the Zoom series, the retreat, or both. We’ll deepen personal practice, support one another, and integrate the expanding spiritual currents together. If you didn’t attend the initial workshop, Barb Arney will offer an optional briefing to get you oriented.

The Larger Context

As many of us move beyond rigid identities and inherited belief systems, we’re sensing the rise of an emerging spirituality—rooted in intuition, compassion, and collective wisdom. These gatherings are designed to help us explore how to live from wholeness and serve the world from a grounded, grace-filled center.

We Start with 4 Zoom Sessions

Fridays, 3:00–4:30 PM CT - Each 90-minute session includes presentations, reflection, and shared dialogue. All sessions are recorded for those who can’t attend live.

Session Dates & Topics

  • November 7: Dissecting Our Conditioning from Family, Culture, and Religion — Exploring the protective structures of our egos.

  • November 21: The Inanna Myth, the Dark Shadow, and the Descent into Soul — Meeting and learning from our unowned or unwelcome parts.

  • December 5: The Mechanics of Stuckness and Growth — Understanding the Karpman Drama Triangle and the Empowerment Triangle.

  • December 19: The Bright Shadow and the Zone of Genius — Living from our emerging strengths and gifts.

The In-Person Retreat

Saturday, January 10, 1:00–5:00 pm (Twin Cities location TBD)

We will gather in person to integrate our learning and celebrate both individual and collective growth. Our theme will be “Exploring the Spectrum of Awareness and Aligning with Emerging Spiritual Consciousness.”

Together we’ll:

  • Explore a map of awareness that highlights what impedes and enhances personal and spiritual evolution.

  • Identify practices and mindset shifts that sustain well-being and presence.

  • Collaborate as a group to name the values and principles that reflect the emerging spiritual consciousness that has been awakening through our 13-week journey.
